Big problem

When I press power button of my pc, nothing begins. No power in CD-ROM, HDD, no POST screen, no beep. Just power on lead and hdd led on.

My specs.:

Duron 1 GHz, no overclock, at 1.69V instead of default 1.74V
MSI K7N420 Pro (nForce420-D)
128 MB Kingston PC2100 CL2.5 DDR at CL2.0
On board GF2 MX, 8 MB shared VRAM
230W or 250W psu, not sure
One Maxtor 7200 rpm, 40 GB HDD
One Quantum ? rpm, 13 GB HDD
One 50x CD-ROM
56k internal modem
SB Live! Value sound card

I have cleared the CMOS, but nothing changes. My system had been sock solid till yesterday, no kind of problems. But all in a sudden, nothing works. I had used my comp. just one hour before this problems started, my last command was shut down from start menu of WinMe.

Can anybody say, what problem it is? Is my mobo died? I am clueless, please help.
