can't go wrong i got it free!! any how, I have a big a$$ problem here!! i want to upgrade my comp but this cheap a$$ laptop doesn't have a CD-ROM just a floppy!! it prompts me to install the CD Win98 SE every time i want to upgrade it. Either from the internet or when i try to add in a new software!! i have the port replicator that fit on the back of the laptop. thing is i want to get a USB port (i have a jumpdrive) and a way to run the CD-ROM so i can go on with the installation. anyone know who how i can get out of this delimma? any help is appreciated!

You may be able to get a referbished CD-ROM drive for your notebook that will fit into the drive bay for a reasonable price.
