Plz help me as I open my laptops o/s is vista. It give the error of "lgfzaqlo dll not found" . So what can I do?sainid10@gmail.com

That sounds like you had a virus and did a clean-up but it left some references behind to the virus file. In the Run field, type in regedit. Do a search in there for that file name, delete any references to it.

You can also run msconfig, and check for anything that calls that file.
