Keyboard and mouse keeps going off

I cant figure out what the problem is or how to fix it. I have a logitech mouse and keyboard both wired. Im wondering if its the software they have. I had the logitech mx 518 gaming mouse but i have to rma it and now im using a basic logitech optical mouse until i get my mouser back. Could the setpoint software be the problem. Everytime they go off they go off at the same time and i hear the windows driver sound when you connect and disconnect usb devices. I checked the usb settings in the bios there all enabled. thank you

i removed the setpoint software and i still hav the same problem but not as much i think
