Hello all I recently got a thinkpad A"twenty" m ,When I got it some keys were not working on the keyboard.I picked up another keyboard on ebay, when i installed it I have diffrent keys not working.Because diffrent keys this time i am thinking it is not mobo problem but either messed keyboards or connector.Any help/thoughts/ideas appreciated, thanks
I presume the seller sold you a functional keyboard (you can try asking him/her) so then it's probably a problem in your thinkpad. have you tried cleaning the connectors with a special spray. My step mother once spilled coffee over or keyboard and layed it on the central heating to dry, when it was dry we had similar problems but when we srewed it open and cleaned it it worked fine (for years!)
