I am a medical student. I like to use dell laptop! But what about sony & lenova? Which one I should go?

My brother owns a Dell. What I feel is it is getting hot quickly. That is the only drawback I can see with Dell. The advantages of Dell is that we can get good configurations at lower prices.

But I use Sony Vaio. Though I use it for long duration it will not gets heated up. That is the best part in it. The disadvantage is that it is very costly.
