Sony recovery disk download vgn-nr460e

I have reinstalled windows numerous times and there are 3 drivers that regardless what I install or do wont accept the drivers, can any one help me? I even tried sony support they wanted 299.00 for a year of assistance. all i need is the recovery disks or help with drivers. please dont just refer me to the sony sight. done that numerous times. note book is vgn-nr460e
