I just have a quick question; Is the Athlon 1.33GHz able to be powered by 350 watts of power without doing any damage?

yeah dude, a standard ATX power supply will be fine because of the standard voltages.

The amount of power (350w) should (not definate) be enough to power the cpu, Mb + ram, some drives, mid level vid card and a few pci cards and some fans. If you are going to have more stuff in your pc, you may want to get a more powerful one.
