A common poblem, chances are you need to upgrade your PSU and or better heat sink on the CPU.

You are limited to what your mind can perceive.

The ECS boards can be extremely fussy about memory and power quality. The main reason for this is that like many cheap boards they use inadequate power filtration (done with capacitors). The best thing I can recommend is to get a stable power supply first (one that doesn't fluctuate much). An even better solution to power fluctuation is a UPS (backup power supply), but that assumes your original power supply is supplying the correct voltages at full load (you need to check this with software that monitors voltages). Easiest is to get a NAME BRAND power supply of 350W or more.

Once you've settled that, if you still have instability it's likely a memory problem.

PS. I have a HEC PSU rated 250W and it's powering 1200 Tbird(it takes power almost equal to 2200XP), 7200RPM HD, GF4200 graphics card plus the rest.
And it runs stable.
You didn't tell anything about Your PSU except that it's 320W, and the wattage reading means next to nothing.
