Any way to protect folders?

Right-click your Recycle Bin, choose properties and check the option '<b>Display delete confirmation dialog</b>'. It will pop up Confirmation box before WinXP deletes it.
Another way is setting permission to control access to it. If you are using WinXP Pro, you need to disable <b>Simple file sharing</b> first (It's in Folder options\View) so it can display Security tab on its Properties. Then you can uncheck <b>Full control</b> in your user name's permission.
In WinXP Home, you need to boot in Safe mode in order to do that.
Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.
