  1. That's a bit vague, do you have an e-mail client? W7 doesn't include one.
    You can download a free one like Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird or other of your choice.
  2. Have you been able to fix the email problem, John? I'm guessing you are confused because there is no mail client included in Windows 7, unlike previous versions of Windows. If you are looking for Windows Mail, this will explain more -
