hi guys, I recently purchased an Atholon Xp 2100+ with Gigabyte GA7VA. The cpu temperature dected is usually around 68 to 70 something degree celcius... is it normal or there is something wrong with my system?
btw i'm using the stock fan

yes that seems fairly high. However, if it runs stable then it is probably just a misreading.

Where are you reading these temps from? Are these idle temps or under load? When you installed your HSF what type of thermal conducting medium did you use (thermal tape, white paste, artic silver III ???).
