Hello,
Which CPUs can Acer Aspire 7750 support :??:

I hope this will help:
Motherboard : ACER JE70_HR
Southbridge : Intel HM65 rev. B2
Chipset : Intel Sandy Bridge rev. 09
:??:

sorry if i missed category......

Do you currently have the core I3 processor? If so:

If your going to upgrade your laptop CPU I would suggest this:

Intel® Core™ i5-2540M Processor (3M Cache, 2.60 GHz)

Has the same TDP of 35 watts and same package - PPGA988

I wouldn't reccomend going any higher than this processor as your laptop may not be able to dissipate the heat fast enough / and or draw too much power.

Found this processor. I'm not actually too sure what other processors your socket type supports - but this processor would pretty much be a wortheless upgrade for you. It is only 100 Mhz faster for $135 <- Which I find I can't reccomend it for only 100Mhz increase in speed for 135 bones. Even if you could find a faster processor - the return in terms of Mhz and speed increase wouldn't even be worth the cost of the upgrade.
