www.canadacomputers.com - My favourite buy from them all the time, prices can't be beat.

www.kingstoncomputerplanet.com - also a good one.

These guys are good if you are in Ottawa area i don't know if they ship Canada wide but they probably do.

Good service, Good selection (If it isn't on thier webpage, the will usually order it in for you), and competitive prices (especially considering they don't charge 7% for PST, because...well, Alberta doesn't have PST )
