I'm wanting to make/buy a dual prosessing computer which does high end DV editing, i can get things wholesale but my price limit is 3500 U.S., and i'm wondering if any of you recomend a certain config? also if you have a particular computer shop or company in Australia that builds a fantastic config please tell me.

and p.s.i live in Australia
