Overclocking

Hello, I have a problem, first of all lemme give u the history- i made a HUGE mistake of going to best buy and buying a compaq computer. Now the question- The CPU is an Athlon 4 at 1.2 ghz, MB is compaq brand(don't ask me y( ) And the chipset is VIA something ( . My question is- i cannot overclock this thing. The BIOS is very crappy and it does not let me change the multiplier. I've been looking for any BIOS flashesh but i haven't found any. Can anyone help?
