I play Tribal Elder (May band to one OT human Hero) and band in my opponent's
Servant Girl (If Servant Girl is about to be discarded in battle, instead place
her in opponent's Land of Bondage and treat her as a Lost Soul.). He wins the
battle. Where does Servant Girl go? To the owner's opponent's LoB (mine), or to
the holder's opponent's LoB (his)? The only thing I found in the REG (although
I certainly may have missed something else) is the general idea that cards read
from the owner's perspective unless otherwise stated on the card. I ruled that
Servant Girl goes to the owner's opponent's LoB. Still, it seems that her SA is
activated by whoever places her in battle. So what's the official word?

I'd say that since you are in control of her for this battle, it goes to your
opponent's LOB.

Kevin is correct. Special abilities are read from the perspective of
the current holder unless specified otherwise.
