Toshiba Satellite M645-S4050 Random Shutdown

hello everyone.... i am new to this site and all, as i got here by google..... but anyway, i have had my Toshiba Satellite M645-S4050 for a little over a year now and i have been having random shutdowns for more than a few months now. It doesn't matter what i am doing, my computer will just randomly shut off. this pisses me off. i read the thread on the shutdowns of the A200 shutdowns but, I'm not sure that some of those solutions would work for my computer. ANYTHING WILL HELP!!
