Go with one of the Intel 845PE boards. Albatron makes a couple that have had excellent reviews.

Where are you getting the hercules card at? I can't find any stores that are carrying them online.

i was going with the hercules, because i read the review on THG, but many people told me to go with the ALL in WONDER 9700pro? which should i do?

All In Wonder comes with extra features like a TV-Tuner, the regular 9700 Pro is just a card with DVI, VGA, and Svideo outputs (no inputs).

I would, but then, I'm more likely to watch TV on my PC, do recordings, etc. The one thing you loose with the AIW version is the second monitor output, you only get one monitor and one TV-Out.
