XP and HT SMP?

Anyone have any idea how XP will handle an SMP box with Hyperthreading? I am not really sure if it will work since the SMP takes up the 2 processors allowed to function and HT will make it look like there are 4 cpu's? Anyone have any ideas how this would work or if it is possible? Beside turning off HT in Bios?

XP limits you by the number of physical processors. So it doesn't matter how many logical ones you have. XP Pro allows you to have up to 2 physical processors, which means you can have your dual system. How many logical processors that appears due to HT is irrelevent.
