1. Connecting all your L1 bridges to unlock its multiplier.
2. Connecting L7 bridges gives you the control of Core voltage provided your mobo has option to change it. Otherwise, it sets at maximum (1.85V).
Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.
