If you are going for pure gaming. Have a look at this. The 570M will be really handy.

Otherwise the deal you mentioned looks good with blue ray burner & faster hd.

Mind you, faster RAM doesn't give obvious performance improvement. Matte screen is good for outdoor use because the filter in it doesn't reflect light back at you. But given a bright screen, it could be used in low light (indoor) conditions too.
