Dell inspiron q15r or Samsung Series 3 NP300E5A-A02DX

I have also been looking at both of these models. I was lucky enough to be able to compare them side by side and the Samsung is the clear winner for me! The Dell has a very glossy, reflect everything minute bit of available glare, screen that is only useful in a pitch black room. The Samsung display has a mat finish and is MUCH easier on the eyes to look at for any length of time.

I was amazed that in the whole isle of laptops only the Samsungs and Apples had mat displays. All the other manufactures seem to be in a competition for who can put the glossiest finish on their screen. Have the designers never used a laptop in the real world before? I would pay more / settle for worse specs to get a easy on the eyes mat display. Thankfully I didn't have to do either.
