Hi,
i have an ASUS p2b-ds with 2 Pentium III 850Mhz cpus installed. The motherboard has one AGP slot.
1) I would like to know what is the best video card i can install for this system?
2) is it possible to upgrade the AGP slot to AGP 4x or 8x?
3) Lastly since this is an older system, would it still make a good sever since it's a dual processor system?

thankyou much

1.) Any card you like. The best is the Radeon 9700 Pro, but it's probably a waste of money for your system. The 9500 Pro would be a great solution. For less money, the 8500 full version (OEM for $92 at Newegg) is a great solution as well.
2.) No, but your slot supports all current ATI and nVidia cards at AGP2x. These cards ARE backwards compatable. And the performance loss to AGP2x is rather small
3.) Yes, it's an excellent board, would make a fine machine for many uses. I'd overclock it.
