I'm going to get a new Video card, and I don't want to have to get a new Mother Board.
I know that AGP 8x has backwards compibility, my mother board only supports 4x.
But what about voltage?
My Motherboard only supports 1.5 Volts on the AGP slot, and how much does the Radeon 9500 PRO use?
If it uses more than that, what is the best Video Card I can get that uses 1.5 Volts?

All cards use 1.5 volt signaling for AGP 4X. AGP 8X uses only 0.8 volt.

It's not new cards that you have to worry about but older universal cards that can only use 3.3 volt signaling and can't switch to 1.5 volt. This is the danger.
