I would like to build a PC to be used mostly for video editing & DVD creation. Which card would be better suited for my tasks: ATI or a Geforce4 TI 4600? And if ATI, Radeon 9500 or 9700?

If the card is going to be used for video editing, why not go with a Matrox card?

If your looking at basic A/V aplications, I'd say go for an ATI All-In-Wonder. If your looking at higher end stuff, your gonna wind up with a separate graphics card and dedicated video capture/editing card, the latter only available as a PCI card. In that case I'd recommend a Matrox G550 AGP card and either a Matrox or Pinnacle capture card.
