Which 9700 non pro is best?

I looking to buy a 9700 non pro, which company seems to be the most reliable, and I want to overclock, so if one company makes them better for oc then, point me to them. thanks.

ATI does not make the non pro version.

They're all pretty much the same. The main brands are Gigabyte, Sapphire, Hercules and Connect 3D. I have the Connect 3D card, it's great and overclocks well. Hercules do tend to be the most expensive though.
