Hi, I have a doubt about the Winfast Geforce Ti 4200 128 MB AGP 8X, this card can run in an agp 2X (3.3V)?, because my motherboard only can supports this agp type (Gigabyte GA-7IXE4).Well, can anyone help me?.

It will work fine, the card is backwards compatable. And you'll get only a small performance penalty.

i had the same problem with GA-7va. In the new gigabyte motherboards BIOS, i couldnt find any AGP settings.
I did manage to fix my problem( i got AGP set on 2 insted on 4 with Gainward ti4200) go to BIOS and select "Load Optimized settings" or something like that , it should do the trick :)
