I am not sure where to post this question since I am not sure what is driving this problem.
When I am attempting to print checks in my accounting software I get this message
The print driver you are using does not support a full range of fonts for this printout.
OS - WinXP Prof Edition
Software - Quickbooks Premier 2003 (printing checks)
Printer - Okidata 420
It will then go to the printers default font - which ends up cutting off info.
I have tried changing the default font on the printer itself and downloading a recent driver from the okidata site.
Does anybody know of a driver that I can install that will let me pick the font within the software or one that will support the printer and fonts I want.(I read on the Quickbooks site that it will end up doing Port Blasting because of WinXP)
Honestly- I don't know if this is a problems with the printer software, the OS software or the accounting software - and whenever I try to contact the support places for these products nobody seems to know what to do or how to fix it!
