Looking to upgrade

Hey, I was just posting because within the next 2 or 3 months I plan on upgrading my video card. Currently I have a GF4mx440. Now, I know this card is "ok" for now, and it's served me well, but I want something more. I'd like to hit around 10,000 in my 3dmarks2001se scores. Right now I'm only hitting about 6700 or 6800. Although, being a college student, I'm pretty strapped for cash. I'd say I'd be willing to spend maybe $150 at most. I know that doesn't leave a lot of options for hitting 10,000. Anyone have any ideas on what could get to my 10,000? I'd definitely be willing to overclock if necessary seeing as I have my cpu overclocked nicely(athlon xp1700+ @ 1.8ghz 166fsb). Well ATi's 9500 Pro is already around $150-ish. That'll hit 10,000 3dmarks easy. A GF4 4200 or 4400 will also do the trick. But hey, if you're wanting to wait 2 or 3 months a GF4 ti4600 prolly $150 by then =)

actually 9500pro's ae closer to 200 and a ti4200 can get to very close to 10,000marks, just depends on what you are running as well, some of those benchies in 3dmarks are very cpu dependant =)
