Hi everyone!

Just a quick question:
I just got one of those "new" Geforce ti4200 8x AGP cards but my board just got a 4x agp slot... It works but I'm not sure if the board slows down the graphic card! Any help is appreciated!! :D

Your board doesn't slow down your videocard since even the AGP4X isn't even fully utilized yet....You wouldn't notice a difference even if you had an AGP8X motherboard.

The 8x card comes with faster memory, so it's a better card than the previous version. But like the last guy said, the card doesn't even use all the bandwidth of AGP4x yet, so using an 8x board has no affect on performance.
