This router you are looking at is actually the one-port model. If you look at the related products, there is a 4 port model.

I searched for another one which comes with 4 ports:

Yes. Sort of overkill if all you need is a hub, but it can be a hub.

your better off getting the LinkSYS router the 4 Port one, it's the BSFR41 something like that..and you buy a cheap hub and hook it up to that, and be able to have tons of users on your Network...
