Did anybody install Red Hat Advanced Server 2.1 on dual Athlon MP system before? If it has, please share your experience. I have installed RH Adv Srv on my dual Athlon MP system today, but it always hang up on booting to SMP mode (APIC error). Do anybody have idea for my problem?

Not familiar with that specifically, but are you using an SMP kernel? They usually ship with a couple of different ones...
