AIW 7500 installed, now not booting....

I rebuilt a buds computer, now it won't load W2KP at all. This is what was installed: ATI AIW 7500, SB Live!, 256mb sdram 133, Conexant modem.
The sys already had: AMD 900, 128 sdram 100, TNT Riva vid card, modem/sound combo card. It would boot fine prior to the upgrade, now it's just hanging on boot.
Does this sound familiar or is there a known conflict?? I can't even get it to boot. New issue to me.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You did too many things at once. Try putting it back together the way it was FIRST. If it works again, try changing just the video card. After the drivers are loaded and so forth, if it works find, try the other components. 1 at a time.
