Need Help~

I downloaded the new driver From ATI, Catalyst 3.1, and the Control Panel v7.83
I installed driver, but I failed to install the Control Panel, I got an error message : Setup failed to run installation: The remote procedure call failed.
Anyone help me please~~

Carefully read ATI instructions at their site. Install capture first, do not close windows, install driver next and close windows, then install control panel. Make sure you delete previous drivers in the add remove programs on computer. If you follow their directions it will work.
