PC beeping repeatedly and not booting initially.

This started happening when I put in my 9700 Pro. When I turn on my comp it beeps about 7 or 8 times and no signal is sent to the monitor. I have to reset(using the reset button) the computer everytime to get working normally. Anybody know what can be causing this? PSU maybe? Thanks
