If you have to berrettas and you give one to a ghout retainer, what is
the total damage? 3R or 4R? (The ghouls is enviromental damage right?)

Also...

Can more than one concealed weapon be played in a round of combat?

Do you need a weapon to play a concealed weapon card?

If you have two or more berettas, each does 2R damage each strike.
If you shoot with one, that's 2R.
If the ghoul shoots with another, that's another 2R.
