To Radeon 9500Pro?

Hi, I have a very old 3D card and I am considering upgrading mine. I have recently read about both Ti4200 and Radeon9500Pro and decided that I am quite happy to get one of them.

However my computer system is not new.
My motherboard only supports up to 4x AGP.
My Cpu is Intel PIII-733EB
Yup, my system is running at 133FSB with 256Mb RAM as well.

I am only able to afford a new graphics at the moment. So I would like to know if it will be a waste if I get one of the above two graphics card?

If your a gammer it will make a difference. I went from a 3d score of 2400 to 6100, going from a gforc2 400mx to a 9500 pro. I have a p3 800@904. I wouldnt go any higher than a 9500pro, on my system or yours.
