I recently Purchased a Leadtek Geforce 4 Ti 4600 128MB Card. I bought 3dmark2003 to see just how well my card and new system would preform, with unsatisfying results. I noticed that the card runs quite hot, and was wondering if anyone had any fairly resonably priced cooling alternatives for this card. If you dont know, the Geforce 4 Ti 4600 from leadtek comes with a "wraparound" heatsink.

My system Specs are as follows in case they may help:
MSI KT3 Ultra 2
AMD Athlon XP 2400+ 2.0 GHz
1GB PC2700 DDR Memory
Western Digital 100GB 7200RPM+ 60GB WD 7200RPM
SB Live! 5.1
Intel Dualhead 10/100 NIC.
Windows XP SP1
Thermaltake Volcano7 CPU Cooler

I feel I have plenty of case cooling consisting of Enermax 80MM Case fans as maximum speed. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

3dMark2003 is for DX9 benching, so anything GF4 or less will not perform well. TRy and older 3dmark for better results.

One mans throw-away is another mans god-box. Help friends in need, I always do!!
Then again, having extra parts are great for making dedicated servers for LAN parties!!!!

Yea, To echo what other people have said, 3DMark 2003 is for new cards. Yours is previous generation, so it is best you compare results from 3DMark 2001SE. That is the best way to guage your system.

And remember, bigger benchmarks don't make you a better lover, and neither does a bigger penis ;).
