I just purchased and installed a new Windows XP Pro computer with Wireless
LAN USB card and I have Cox broadband high speed internet. I have an existing
Linksys wireless network in the house with two other windows xp home
computers, one laptop/windows me, one desktop computer with win 98SE with
linksys wireless cards. The network works fine. My problem is that my windows
xp pro computer can log on to the internet through the existing network, but
I am having a problem seeing/viewing/connecting to the other computers (two
windows xp home, one windows me, one windows 98se). I also want the new win
xp pro computer to print to the existing printer connected to the windows xp
home computer. I know I'm asking a lot but can someone please help me. I am
not very experienced with the various network settings necessary to make the
new win xp pro computer connect and map to the other networked computers.
Someone please help. Anyone. Thanks in advance.
