Not seeing it. One of the biggest strengths of the new AR is that *you*
don't have to take the damage if you don't want. The crypt is all titled
vampires and no intercept. So the only person at the table taking AR damage
will be, well, you.

Your votes will be blocked.
By the time you get two Toreador in play so that you can take one
unblocked action per turn, you will have been ousted by your own
Anarchs, as your predator will no longer have a constant pool drain on
him and will be able to hammer into your defenseless deck.
You will be unable to defend the Toreador Grand Ball. Theoretically
your plan is to play multiples per turn, but you will be unable to drop
one of those AND all the Anarch Revolts you need.
In addition, you will be unable to drop Anarch Revolts early because
Minion Tap/Golconda is a bad idea for you until you can get your own
Anarch and avoid just taking tons of damage yourself.
Even if you get lucky and don't run into any of the above obstacles, you
will be unable to hurt anyone but your initial prey; everyone else
simply makes an Anarch and continues their game.

This deck has problems, but they can be mostly fixed.

Go with 3 of each star, and include Isabel de Leon, Dorian Strack and
Felicia Mostrom.

You need a couple of Information Highways in here too.

Add maybe 2-3 Third Traditions for extra Grand Ball hosting and you'll
be fine.
All it takes is a bit of weenification of your crypt to make this work
better. I'm surprised though you also didn't include any Telepathic
Misdirections. Might be worthwhile.

You can turn titled vamps into anarchs now using anarch secession so that
would be a possibility.

Sure. But the deck has no stealth--it needs Toreador Grand Ball out, but to
get that out, it is going to need to have, like, 2 huge vampires out (Anson
and Alexandra?). Meaning it is gonna be real slow to get started.

1) Your Anarch Revolt spewing predator rushes and killes your anarch
vampires. You start taking damage from those six "harmless" Anarch Revolts
in play.
2) Your anarch intercept wall predator does not allow *you* to take any
"going anarch" actions. Everyone else is free to do so. Your predator ousts
you and is the last one alive, therefore securing a game win in the One True
Wall Deck Playing Style(tm).
3) Your AR predator vote deck banishes your anarch minions.
4) etc, etc, etc,...
