Joybook a52e front audio jack

Hello,
joybook a52e OS windows 7 - the internal speakers wokrs with no problem but when I conect headphones nothing :-( I have tried many drivers but nothing works

Have you tried to connect different headphones or external speakers?

Also, can you ensure and verify that you are connecting the external device (headphones or speakers) to the proper jack?
