Forum Laptops & Notebooks : General Discussion Thinking of Buying A Refurb Business Class Laptop

I see a lot of these business class refurbs which retail for 1K+ for as low as $225. they have Windows 7 Home Premium installed, some even come with the disc.

My question is, how practical id this for the average user? would it be too much to deal with or big time future proof, say in the event of home business? any other considerations?

thanks much

I don't really see the point of a business laptop. Running a small business with a consumer laptop is definitely ok. Just make sure you have good back up and encrypt sensitive data on the HDD.
