Whict to buy core i5 or amd/

Do lots of mixing music and making/editing videos.
Can't spend much.

Graphics and processor are confusing as to which one. I read I should go with i5 but I should have discreet graphics!!! Need to have a lap over PC.

Thoughts?

If you are playing games, then a discreet graphic card is advisable. If you are just mixing music and making/editing videos, then you don't need it. But those tasks are CPU intensive so I would go with the i5.
