There's a killer $300 P4 2.4GHz Dell server deal (delivered)!!

So, now I sould be limited to PCI for my video card.

I've read a few things about the GeForce4 MX 440 and it sounds pretty damn good, even the 3D sounds surprisingly good (well.. I'm not a huge gamer).

Does anyone have any experience with these PCI cards? Or... other high performance PCI cards?

Thanks muchly!

That's the first time I've ever heard anyone say that the GF4MX440 is "pretty damn good", but if you're not a gamer then it should be fine.

Well my friend has a GF4 420MX PCI and that was going quite nicely it was almost as fast as the AGP version of the GF4 MX420 still.

There are no "high performance" PCI video cards. PCI is a low performance standard. For the price, it sounds OK.

The GeForce4 MX440 isn't a high performance card either. Making it PCI will probably only cut performance by 50%.
