Multi-CPUS

I remeber reading a while back that microsofts claim that 4.0 server could handle 4 CPUS was a little off, and that it had problems with servers running 4 CPUS. Im not sure if im remebering corectly. Does anyone have any information on this subject?

I appricate any info posable.

NT 4.0 Server (Enterprise) runs fine on 4 CPU's, although the only implementation I've worked on was IBM Netfinity 7600's running quad Xeon 650's & 2GB RAM.

There were problems in the initial release of NT. I believe it was Service Pack 1 or 2 that resolved this problem. I have NT running on various different quad processor boxes without any problems.
