add up to 2 Master: Discipline cards (will be provided) to your deck.
2R+F. 10 AM start time

Judging for Friday and Sunday will be multi-judge or one of the
following: Jeff Thompson, Robyn Tatu, Todd Banister or David Tatu.
Judge for Qualifier is L. Scott Johnson

The events will be held in a private banquet room off the main lobby.
Tables and seating for 60 players will be provided. Green felt
tablecloths for all tables. The room is secure and available from 5:00
PM Friday through 5:00 PM Sunday. No smoking in the room but the room
opens onto the pool deck. Coolers and ice will be provided for drinks.

weekend. Prize support provided by White Wolf and VTES Atlanta.

There is a block booking agreement with the hotel. When making
reservations tell them you are staying for the "White Wolf" Event. All
rooms with 1 - 4 people are only _$52_ per night. That's right, 4
bucks more then a hundred for the whole week-end (plus tax). The hotel
is one mile north of the Atlanta Airport with a free shuttle every 20
minutes 24 hours a day. A restaurant is on site (w/Bar) and 7 other
places to eat with-in 200 feet. Located 1/10th mile from Interstate
I-85 at Exit 73B. Free breakfast, Free parking and a big pool.

Additional information. Jeff Thompson, The Lasombra, will be selling
singles and boxes and VTES Atlanta players will be running a gaming
flee market with games, cards and other stuff during the week-end.
Information about the event, including directions, schedule and
updates will be hosted at
http://www.thelasombra.com/tournaments/2k5atlanta.htm

Last year the attendance was a little light but the event was great.
We hope by moving further from Memorial Day week-end we can get more
people to come to town. Airfare to Atlanta is very reasonable for that
time of year. Some sample round-trip prices on Delta from cities where
players have come from in the past are:

LAX (Los Angeles): Delta $322
BOS(Boston): Delta $216
BWI (Baltimore/Washington): Delta $178
IAH (Houston/ Bush): Delta $247
CMH (Columbus OH): Delta $218
ORD (Chicago/Ohare): Delta $198

Less expensive flights are also available. Airtran and Delta are often
the cheapest.

Vampire: The Eternal Struggle
South East Regional Qualifier, May 13-15, 2005 - How to get here.

The entire weekend of V:TES will be held at: **UPDATE 3/15/05** New
Hotel this year:
Wellesley Inn Atlanta Airport Hotel
1377 Virginia Ave. Atlanta, GA 30344. (404) 762-5111

Driving
www.mapquest.com gives good directions to the hotel.

Approaching Atlanta from the North heading South on I-75
Take the Perimeter, I-285, West and then South (it is a loop so the
directions change as you go around Atlanta) to by-pass downtown.
Pass I-20, go some more and get onto I-85 North (Airport exits are
here)
The 4th exit is 73B. Loop around to the right and Right on Virginia
Ave.
Cross back over I-85 and the hotel is on the Right.

Approaching Atlanta from the North heading South on I-85
Go through Atlanta to Exit 73B. (Friday afternoon traffic is bad)
Turn Right onto Virginia Ave. The Hotel is on the Right.

From Interstate 20 from either direction.
Come into Atlanta. Go South on Interstate 75 and 85 (they are together
here).
Stay on I-85 and Exit 73B and turn Right onto Virginia Ave. The Hotel
is on the Right.

Amtrak
I have never traveled on Amtrak but the station is in town. Take a cab
for about $28 to the hotel or a cab to the MARTA train at the Art
Center Station, about 1 mile (walk if it is nice). Take the train
south ($1.75) until it ends at the Airport. Go to the ground
transportation area and catch the free Wellesley Inn Shuttle, leaves
every 20 minutes.

By Plane
Airfare to Atlanta is very reasonable for this time of year. You are
flying to Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, Code: ATL.
Airtran and Delta are often the cheapest for flights to Atlanta.
www.delta.com www.airtran.com

Follow signs to Ground Transportation. Exit through doors marked W-1
or W-2. Go to the "C" island for hotel shuttles. Catch the free
Wellesley Inn shuttle (sign printed on the bus), a 15 passenger gray
bus (it also says Motel 6 on it). It leaves every 20 minutes and takes
about 6 minutes to the hotel. Return trip takes about 8 minutes and
goes to the ticket counter area.
