I ve got a problem that my comp get really slow to resond after running for 30-60mins. ~I have only got Win98 SE (clean install) and McAfee Virus Scan 5 installed and I am only editing email and moving files etc when it happens. System REsources still reports 80% free. I have disabled alogserv from startup but it still exists. Anyone else experienced this and found a fix.

look for this:

load=
run=

make sure nuthing is after the =

Could it have anything to do with your anti-virus program? Try disabling/uninstalling that and see if all goes well.
