US or 'International' version 9800 Pro

as some of you may know, i want to get a Hercules 9800 pro.
right now you can pre-order them on the ATI website, and they will ship on the 31st. but this is for the "International Version".
it says the US, canadian, and south american version(s) will be out in LATE april.

WTF is the International Version?
Is it clocked slower/faster?
Is the US version better?
WTF i sure as hell dont want to wait another month to get one.

It's for the tv out....ntsc/pal....what did you think, the US/Canada gets faster cards or something?....<laughing>...

Wow thanks man.
I did find it odd that one version would be faster/better than another, but i wasn't sure.

OK now about the TV out. I want to use that feature.
On my GeForce 4 i can choose NTSC or PAL.
This card will still work with my tv right?
I would assume you could chose either format in the properties.
