Nothing too expensive, the most I'm willing to spend right now is about $150. I'm not really sure how to go about picking the right card or from which manufacturer so that's why I'm in need of some suggestions.

What will you mainly use the card for? Gaming? 2-D graphics? Text processing? Video?...

I'll be using it for gaming and some video editing. But mainly gaming, I just need something to replace my old geforce 2.

For gaming, I recommend the ATI Radeon 9500 which is just within your budget, or if you can afford to pay ~$20 more, get a Radeon 9500 Pro which is even better.
